Activities No Longer AutoProcess Using '+ Add Activity' Button On Various Screens (Doc ID 2920877.1)

Symptoms

DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE
=====================
Activities are not AutoProcess when added using the left navigation menu '+ Add Activity' button from various Policy Screens (except 'Activities' Screen).
The AutoProcess Activity functionality is only working if it's added on the Policy Screen.

EXPECTED
=========
Activity is expected to process automatically when it is added from any OIPA screens.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
===================
1. Set Auto Process to Yes in an OIPA environment.
2. Launch OIPA Policy Overview Screen or Policy Screen.
3. Click ‘+ Add Activity’ in left navigation menu.
4. Select an activity & enter required details then click OK or OK Navigate button.
5. Activity is expected to process automatically but it remains in Pending Status.

OTHER DETAILS:
==============
Workaround: User navigates to the Activities Screen and adds an Activity or if it is already added in other screens,
then process (Green Arrow) the Activity manually.
