SLC Cannot Handle Requests From Different ACS Customers. (Doc ID 2920946.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 10, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) version and later, the Service Logic Controller (SLC) through the Advanced Control Services (ACS) service allows the telco to directly provision individual resource-limited customers, or alternatively to create a wholesale customer with a larger set of resource limits, and delegate to them the ability to create individual customers

There is an issue where the SLC server can handle only requests belonged to one configured Advanced Control Services (ACS) customer. This is an issue in case there are multiple virtual operators (MVNO) that need to trigger the same Open Services Development (OSD) operation on the Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS) server.

Open Services Development (OSD) enables third parties to submit Web Services Description Language (WSDL) files that invoke control plans.
