While ranging through UI, the required simple pack is should available under component item
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create one Level 2 item (Style)
2. Add 2 sku on the style
3. Approve the items.
4. Add one component on the pack.
5. Noticed the other component has been added.
6. In the packitem showing different item and UI showing different item.
