Export_itemmaster issue when deleting a UPC for location level files
 
Steps to Recreate:

1. Delete a Style item via RMS UI (one with SKUs and UPCs).
2. Run the dlyprg batch and check if the items have been deleted from ITEM_MASTER.
3. Run export_itemmaster.ksh.
4. Run export_itemvat.ksh.
4. Run export_itemloc.ksh. Notice that all the level 3 items are written twice in the file itemhdr file.
