AP_REVIEWER Filter Not Working On Document Search Screen (Doc ID 2921120.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

AP_REVIEWER filter not working on Document Search Screen


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expecting that it will fetch only the documents where ap_reviewer is the one we are mentioning

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login into REIM.
2) Go to Document Maintenance -> Document Search Screen.
3) Select Document Type -> Merchandise Invoice Status -> Unresolved Match
4) Go to Advanced Search and add ap_reviewer filter
5) Click on search.

providing a valid ap_reviewer and click on search it is fetching rows where AP_REVIEWER is null as well as other AP_REVIEWER as well.
