When there is a Parent PLUS Loan awarded on the Student Portal and fund acceptance is started, there is a prompt to validate Parent last four of SSN and date of birth. When this information is entered correctly, the PLUS award is not displayed to be changed.

This has been reported by students and parents who are registered as proxies on their Portals. This is occurring for me as an Admin with the permissions enabled to Accept Parent Award Funds and Accept Parent Disbursements. I also tested myself as a proxy with permissions for Parent fund acceptance and it does not work.

We need a solution for parents to use the proxy and PLUS validation to make changes to PLUS awards on the Student Portal.
