Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.5.0 version, Core Billing

User  getting below error when running Trial Bill for the Parent Account



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
pvt 05-Oct
1. Create Billing Account(Paying Account) with ACTG_NEXT_T as 01-NOV-22
2. Create Service Account1(Non-Paying Account) with ACTG_NEXT_T as 01-NOV-22
pvt 08-Nov
3. Move PVT to Next cycle(During the Delay Billing Period) 08-Nov.
4. Create Service Account2(Non-Paying Account) having charges for December, with ACTG_NEXT_T as 01-DEC-22
5. Trial Billing child with ( -pay_type 10007 -start 10/28/22 -end 11/02/22) picked only Service Account1
6. Trial Billing parent has error(-pay_type 10001 -start 10/28/22 -end 11/02/22)

NOTE:
i. Delay Billing Period is set 10 days
ii. <SkipCheckForSubordinatesBilled> is set disabled
