Goal

On : 12.0.0.7.0 version, CM

After upgrading from 12 PS5 & few IPs to 12 PS7, CM was coming up. But after applying the Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) side <Patch 34815286> on top of BRM 12 PS7 instance, CM does not start anymore why?
Here the error seen in cm.pinlog
