Goal

The SDK is missing source files for header lbylib.h
Please provide the file lbyvcs.c

DETAIL
We are using Visual Studio Professional 2010 to work with the Documaker SDK. Updates to file cusfunc.c require the use of function LBYSetLocalUser. To use the function header lbylib.h is included.
An error is encountered when building the project because the headers source file lbyvcs.c is missing.

NOTE
source file lbyvcs.c is mentioned in a comment in header file lbylib.h
