Symptoms

On Agile 9.3.6.x PLM system

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying RUP 20, ACS times outs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Prior to applying RUP 20, ACS did not time out.

STEPS
-----------------------
In production, ACS timeout is set to default of 5 seconds but the same setting in test is failing. By increasing the timeout to 600 seconds, the transmission completes.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are seeing timeout when running ACS.
