PIN_REL Failure Due to Value Too Large for ITEM_POID_LIST (Doc ID 2922203.1)

Goal

While executing pin_rel, the user is seeing failure for one account where the field ITEM_POID_LIST in account_t has reached value of 4029 .
There are many accounts which have 15 Discount sharing groups (DSG), as a result, there are many item/sponsor created and ITEM_POID_LIST in pin.account_t has reached maximum limit, hence during pin_rel process, below error is observed:

How to fix the above errors and provide the steps to update the ITEM_POID_LIST column size in account_t table?
