After Running Rules in Batch, Batch Run Status Does Not Show Results (Doc ID 2922454.1)

Symptoms

 After running rules in batch mode, customer could not see batch run status results. The Batch Run Rules Status page shows blank, no result of any batches shown.

 

The issue can be reproduced and verified in local trial setup.
