Returning User Configured As A New Agile LDAP User Unable To Login To Agile PLM - Receive Error "Your login password has expired. Please provide a new password." (Doc ID 2922651.1)

Symptoms

Returning user configured as a new Agile LDAP user unable to login to Agile PLM - Receive Error  "Your login password has expired. Please provide a new password."

New Agile LDAP user unable to login and is prompted to change the password, but not accepting it. Found user in deleted user list. Undeleted the user and refreshed users for LDAP.

ERROR
Invalid Login password.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User is prompted: login screen
2. User enters username/password
3. User receives message: "Your login password has expired. Please provide a new password."
4. User is prompted: Login Password:________
    New Login Password: ______
    Confirm New Login Password: _______
5. User receives error message: Invalid Login password.
