Symptoms

Receiving the following error while attempting to load SRP packages that were packaged from a new RateManager environment. This error occurs when attempting to load from another environment's IBFA.

'Unable to process the package(s) successfully. If the problem continues to occur, please contact your system admin for assistance with the error below.
