Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Installation

Web workspace clients and web call entry clients are seeing "System is Offline" and "System is Online" repeatedly.

These errors are in the client java log:
2023-01-23 03:08:06,756 [Thread-8] ERROR com.splwg.oms.client.BaseEnvironmentManager: We have lost our connection
com.splwg.oms.util.CorbaException: GatewayUnavailable
