Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Loan Calculator Error.  Payment amount calculated is much larger then expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System incorrectly calculating the payment amount for loans

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open Loan Calculator

2. Select 'Calculate Payment' radio button and pass required values for calculating the payment

3. Click on calculate button

4. Verify that Payment Amount is calculated

5. Click on Amortize button under Amortize Schedule tab

6. Verify that Payment Date field is populating with correct values

Due to this issue, Bank unable to use loan calculator for Payment amount calculation
