Can OPLA Installation Complete After Creating Required Database Schema Using OIM? (Doc ID 2924447.1)

Goal

Is it possible to complete Oracle Product Lifecycle Analytics (OPLA) 3.6.x installation after creating the database schema accounts required for OPLA using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) instead of having it created through the OPLA installer?
As the organizational policy, all the database schema accounts has to be created using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) but as per the OPLA guide, all the schemas will be created during product setup.
