Unifier IOS App – Rich Text DE is Missing the First Time a Record is Saved (Doc ID 2924650.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a new  Business Process (BP) Record in the IOS App, and using the Rich Text Data Element (DE), upon an initial save of the record, the Rich Text DE data is missing. Subsequent saves will store the data correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Rich Text DE should retain the data every time the data is saved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier via the IOS app and set to online mode.
  2. Navigate to the BP log that has the Rich Text DE and start creating a new record.
  3. Submit the record.
