File Attachments Have Stopped Moving to the Document Manager (Doc ID 2925068.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Although Record Information is being pushed into the Document Manager, file attachments are not moving to the published folder path and remain in the Unpublished Documents node.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

File Attachments should move to the published folder path in the Document Manager.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In Unifier, navigate to the applicable workspace and open the record.
  2. Click Submit or Send, which should Publish both the Record Information and file Attachments to the published folder path in the Document Manager.
  3. Check the Document Manager node and observe the reported issue.
