Defining Organization Security for a Responsibility Displays Same Organization Multiple Times in the Available Region and Moves All Organizations to Assigned Region When Moving One Organization (Doc ID 2925293.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to setup Organization Security for a new organization, customer has noticed 2 issues:
1. In the Assigned Organizations region, the same organizations are now displaying multiple times
2. When moving the desired organization from the Available to the Assigned region...
- All organizations are moved
- Each organization that is moved is also now displayed multiple times in the Assigned region.

For example:

Now when TST:M1 is Moved to Assigned Organizations it looks like this (before Saving)

Note that only a single value is moved to the right.

After saving the record, the form looks like this.

So we can see that moving TST:M1 to Assigned Organizations displays it multiple times AND moves TST:M2 also and displays it multiple times.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The organizations in the Assigned region should only display once.
Moving an organization from the Available to the Assigned region should only move that organization and not all of them.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Advanced Planning Administrator > Admin > Organization Security
2. Select the desired Responsibility from the drop down
3. Observe that in the Assigned Organizations region that organizations are displayed multiple times
4. Try to move an organization from the Available Organizations region to the Assigned Organizations region
5. Observe that the organization moves OK initially, but when saved, ALL Available Organizations are moved and show repeated in the Assigned Organizations region.
