DGW Sending STA To CNCP Site1 When STR Comes From CNCP Site2 Where Actual SLR Comes From CNCP Site1 (Doc ID 2925334.1)

In a customer's environment, It was observed where Spending Limit Request(SLR) for the session comes from Cloud Native Converge Policy (CNCP) Site1 but for the same Sy session Diameter Gateway (DGW) received Session-Termination-Request (STR) message from CNCP site2 .

When this happens, Session-Termination-Answer (STA) message is delivered to CNCP site1 instead of CNCP Site2 which is a issue here.
DGW always referring destination-host from initial session i.e captured from SLR and responding to same host irrespective of actual host coming in STR message.
