Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying Patch 34240222: OPLA36400 - SHADOW BUG FOR OPLA RUP 36400, Procedure odi_pro_ODM_METAFLEX executed for more than 5 days when running Full Load.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Procedure odi_pro_ODM_METAFLEX ETL step should not run longer than a day or two.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OPLA Server as Administrator.
2. Download Patch 34240222 from My Oracle Support (http://support.oracle.com)
3. Apply the patch following Read Me file and restart server.
4. Run Full Load.
5. Procedure odi_pro_ODM_METAFLEX ETL takes more than 5 days to complete
