After Clicking 'Run Report', Unifier Does Not Respond until the Report Starts to Download (Doc ID 2925930.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Unifier application does not respond after Run Report is clicked, until the report starts to download.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should be some indicator that the process is running once the Run Report button is clicked.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier as Company Administrator and open a Company Workspace.
  2. Navigate to Report > User Defined and open a report.
  3. Click the Run Report button, note that Unifier does not respond.
  4. The report starts downloading.
