No Access To The Information Of The Alert With Closed Status in TF (Doc ID 2926455.1)

Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login as analyst 

Step 2 : Open alert and click on close window

Step 3 : Check by login as other user for same alert.

Issue Encountered :

Analyst is not able to access the alert in TF as below

After accessing a closed alert if we are directly closing the window without logging out, the tool leaves this alert assigned and blocks it, for this reason the analyst is not able to access the alert.
