Requested Quantity Shows As 0 When User Selects Item List Option on RTV Screen (Doc ID 2926509.1)

Symptoms

The requested quantity is showing as 0 when user selects the item list option in RTV screen.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1.  Create a RTV and provide the supplier and location details.
  2.  Click on '+' to add the items to RTV.
  3. In the Add item window, select the option as "Item List".
  4. Provide the item list and requested qty.
  5. Click on OK and notice that the requested qty shows as 0 in RTV screen.
