Subscriber Reservations Screen Shows Incorrect Balance Value (Doc ID 2926634.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), the introduction of 64-bit bucket balances has highlighted an issue with the Reservations tab of a subscriber's details in the Subscriber Management screens.

When a balance type has a very large value, the reservations screen doesn't correctly show the Total Value/Available Balance values.  For example, a subscriber with:

$999999996.40

in General Cash will show:

$12157518.32

for both the Total Value and Available Balance values in the Reservations screen.

These values should obviously be the same.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a subscriber with a huge value in their General Cash balance type
2. Check the Reservations pane
3. Observe the values do not match

Due to this issue, Customer Support/Service Representatives (CSRs) may provide incorrect information to subscribers when viewing these screens.
