Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
In a Work Order when the same component is used twice in different operations, Work order demand is getting collected only for ONE operation.

The component demand from second operation is not collected to ASCP

Expected Behaviour
--------------------

All work order demands from all operations should be collected and planned in ASCP.

Steps To Reproduce:

---------------------

1. Run full refresh legacy collections.

Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) -> Collections -> Legacy Systems -> Collect Flat File Data.


2. See that only a few work order requirements are collected.
Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) -> Collections -> View collected data
