Changing The Scheduled Job Time In BOC - Creating Duplicate Jobs (Doc ID 2927038.1)

Symptoms

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Create the scheduled Job to run daily. It will create one entry in (job_schd_config_t - boc schema).

2. After the first execution only , change the job scheduled time.

It creates new entry in the job_schd_config_t, but corresponding entry in BRM(job_template_t) status is inactive. Though the job template is inactive, it is triggering the Job in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Changing the scheduled job time in BOC after the job is run already once - Creating Duplicate Jobs and it is running twice.
First with the old scheduled time and 2nd with the new scheduled timings.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Scheduled job should run once even after modifying the schedule of the job.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, multiple job are executing leading to redundant data in the system.
