ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------

In a fresh HDR environment, when executing a Java program, the for the first time run uncomment the configuration lines in the main method.
After the first run, when repeat this again and comment those lines, as config is already done sufficient number of messages process in 30 minutes,

 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It would be expected the Java program not to store Names that contain multiple name parts where "name_part_type_code is NULL".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Attempt to run a Java program that store names that contain multiple name parts where "name_part_type_code is NULL"
2. Extreme slowdowns occurs when object has 200 versions (45 second to persist).
