Case Description Getting Populated Wrongly (Doc ID 2927482.1)

Symptoms

We have recently installed ECM 8121 and in kdd_cases table, the case description is being wrongly populated.
for example:- if the case is having 1 events with 1 scenario, it populates 1 event 2 scenarios and sometimes 1 event 0 scenario. Same is being populated in the fcc_correlation table.

Can you please let us know why it is happening and how this particular field is getting populated
