Value of E2B Linked Report (Doc ID 2927534.1)

Goal

When adding the E2B linked report in the Additional Information tab > reference section, Argus generates the reference number in WW ID format without actually generating the e2b_ww_number.

The WW ID format is "A2 Country Code-Company Name-Case number"
 
What is the value of Company Name?

 

Steps:

  1. Open the case and go to Additional information tab
  2. In the Reference section, select "E2B Linked Report" from Type drop-down list
  3. Press the [Select] button
  4. Search the case number and select the case
  5. The reference number in WW ID format appears in the ID field
