Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.2 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Discrepancies created in TMS remains in DMW with 'PendingForClinica lOne' tag and are not sent to Clinical One.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that this discrepancies to flow to Clinical One.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a query/action in TMS.
2. A discrepancy is created in DMW based on the TMS term.
3. Verify if the DMW discrepancy is sent to Clinical One.
