Symptoms
On : 8.1.2.0 version, the object registration is failing.
When attempting to trigger the object registratio the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to ficapp/common/ficserver/bin location.
2. And trigger the ./RegisterObjects.sh file
