Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) version 12.0.5.0, an issue exists where the slee-ctrl and pslist/ps_list.sh commands intermittently find a bogus Service Logic Execution Environment (SLEE) process which will block the SLEE from starting up:

Due to this, a slee-ctrl (re)start will fail and the SLEE will need to be started with the /IN/service_packages/SLEE/bin/slee.sh script.
