When Record Is Available In Backend Table: Case_pat_hist It Does Not Show Up On UI. (Doc ID 2928517.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 07, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety - Version 8.2.3.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After upgrade to 8.2.2, then after importing a case .xml file, and product is
encoded, then saved, the cleanup process apparently ignores rows with
DET_LISTEDNESS_ID = 3 and with DATASHEET_ID = 99999. These rows remain in the
table.

Prior to 8.2.2 when DET_LISTEDNESS_ID = 3 this was presented as ‘Unknown' on
the Case Assessment screen. Since 8.2.2 this is presented as ‘Unlisted’ in
the UI.

This unexpected or incorrect output misdirects the desired use of the underlying data.
User seeks to manage 'Unknown' data points, but when these are misrepresented 'Unlisted' the information is not useful.

No known Workarounds

The behavior is intermittent, and user is not sure what causes the situation.

A non-deleted record in the backend does not show on UI.
