Symptoms

On FTP 8.1.2 version you select the custom column under Adjustment charge credit in the "Alternate Rate Output Mapping" UI Screen and save the rule. After checking the rule again with View or Edit option, the custom column is getting defaulted to OTHER_ADJ_CHARGE_CREDIT instead.
