Symptoms
User encountered Please contact system admin while doing Real time screening.
Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Login to CS application
Step2: Click on customer screening
Step3: Input the mandatory details for Name screening
Step4: Click on scan and investigate
Expected result: Matches should be generated without any issues.
Actual result: Getting Getting Please contact system administrator error in UI
Issue Encountered: below 401 unauthorized error in OFSAA.log
