Need Additional Free Text Field Like Highlights (Reason) In JSON For ECM API (Doc ID 2928802.1)

Goal

We are looking for additional field like highlights which goes to fcc event details table. any free text field which have similar length and visible in UI.

It can be part of save event, save event and promote to case , and also extend to case.

Any of the API where we can add field similar like Highlights. We need to provide information about more parties involved or some additional information about sanction list for which highlight is not enough.
