Incorrect Status Update For Recycled CDRs After Recycling Fails (Doc ID 2928835.1)

Goal

After sending suspended Call Detail Records (CDR) into recycle process it fails again on Elastic Charging Engine (ECE). After that recycle status is update to "Succeeded" instead of "Suspended".

From OCOMC log:

Last line probably indicates that recycled record will be updated to success status despite previous log lines indicating error.
