BRM12PS5 Installation - "table Or View Does Not Exist " During Pin_multidb.pl Call

Goal
On Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12.0.0.5.0, when performing installation of multischema environment, the below error is logged when running pin_multidb.pl on the Primary Installation Machine (step 17 from installation procedure - see here: https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/communications/billing-revenue/12.0/install-guide/installing-multischema-system1.html#GUID-D00F2267-9889-40E3-8161-7ECDFF3A4178 ).

To be noted that in the environment in which this problem occurs, there is a single database running on the same server as BRM, called "pindb"
pin -> PRIMARY SCHEMA
pin2 -> SECONDARY SCHEMA
pindb2 alias was created for secondary database, but it's pointing to same service name as pindb.
How to overcome this problem in order to complete installation of multischema environment?
