5G CHF || Tariff Time Change Scenario Missing Reservation On Current Bill Cycle (Doc ID 2929137.1)

While testing tariff time change (TTC) scenario , it is observed that Update1 response is having (Granted Service Unit) GSU with tariff time change time stamp as expected. But it is not reserving from both buckets (Current and Next Bill cycle).

Update2 before TTC time is reserving from both buckets.

E.g:
Step 1: Create Charging request without RG
Step2: Response : Success
Step 3: Update1 : with Rating group before BDOM
Step 4: Response TTC time and GSU 1 Mb, Unexpected (Reservation is happening on next bill cycle)
Step 5: Update 2 : with RG and before BDOM
Step 6: Response TTC time and GSU 1 Mb, As expected Reservation is happening
both on current and next bill cycle. Usage accounting is also proper.

Kindly check why Step 4 is having such behavior. While tested with 4G Diameter reservation is happening as expected.
