Intermittent: No Attachment Received for Scheduled UDR Even Though Auto-Mail as Attachment to Users and Groups Selected (Doc ID 2929196.1)

When a User-Defined Report (UDR) has been Scheduled, and the Auto-mail as an attachment to Users and Groups is enabled:

The attachment is intermittently missing in the system generated e-mail for the Scheduled UDR sent to the user(s)/group(s).

The attachment should be included with the e-mail for the Scheduled UDR sent to the user(s)/group(s).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier
  2. Open Company Workspace
  3. Navigate to Template
  4. Grant the permission, and check Auto-mail as attachment to users and groups under schedule tab
  5. Update the shells with this template
  6. Notice despite being the same user, sometimes the recipient is an email address and sometimes a user name. If the recipient is an email address, you can also check that there is no attached file.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the attachment in the e-mail for Scheduled UDR.
