Goal

Qn1:On : 12.0.0.5.0 version,

Why one is seeing time difference in production ECE Server Data and BRM Server Data ( read object of balance_group) Like
A. In BRM "PIN_FLD_VALID_TO TSTAMP [0] (0) <null> " and same in ECE cache is showing like this "+292278994-08-17T07:12:55.807Z".
B. In BRM PIN_FLD_VALID_TO TSTAMP [0] (1673082684) Sat Jan 7 12:11:24 2023" and same timestamp showing with 3 hours difference in ECE cache "2023-01-07T09:11:24Z " on ECE server.
