Goal

PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE in the precommit phase of MAKE_BILL_NOW generates item assigned to regular bill

We wanted to create item (bill rounding to 5 cents) in op_bill_pol_bill_pre_commit. Calling PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE to generate event and item results to assign the item to the regular bill rather than the Bill NOW one.
How to create item for the Bill NOW bill?
