The temp table 'MSC.MSC_OPERATION_COMPONENTS#' cause errors in multiple cases.

Case 1:

Following error is reported while applying the latest VCP cumulative patch.

ORA-32423: commit SCN-based materialized view log cannot be dropped on table
"MSC"."MSC_OPERATION_COMPONENTS" when there exist direct load/PMOP log entries for the table
ORA-12083: must use DROP MATERIALIZED VIEW to drop
"MSC"."MSC_OPERATION_COMPONENTS$"

Case 2:

Following error reported while running: MSCPLD: Loader Worker With Direct Load Option, during the plan run.
