Symptoms
Need to upgrade to Agile 9.3.5.9 (9.3.5 RUP9) in order to run Automated Upgrade Tool (AUT) to upgrade to Agile 9.3.6 with latest Release Update Packs (RUP).
However, Upgrade_Schema utility of Agile 9.3.5 RUP9 is failing with below error when attempting to upgrade Agile Database version from 9.3.5.7.1 (9.3.5 RUP7 HF1) to 9.3.5.9 (9.3.5 RUP9) with below error:

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Agile 9.3.6.20 schema on the target instance.
2. On the target instance, login to sqlplus as agile database user, and run useragile.sql under %Oracle_Home%\admin\<SID>\create\agile to recreate an empty Agile database user.
3. Import Agile 9.3.5.7.1 database schema dmp on the target instance.
4. Launch command line, and run Upgrade_Schema.bat/.sh included in Agile 9.3.5.9 installer.
5. Gets error in the console.
