Usage of Mailto Link Within a Message in Plaintext Format Results in an Incomplete Recipient Address (Doc ID 2929782.1)

Symptoms

Receiving an email with the format of "mailto:" that is in plaintext, the "mailto:" does not work. The recipient is not completed.

When the "mailto:" link is clicked, the newly opened compose window will not have a "to:" field populated; only the "Subject:" field is populated.
