Symptoms

While trying to view the bills in the "Bill Details" tab of hierarchy accounts in Billing Care (BC),the page loads for a long time of 2 mins and fails with the error "Error while fetching billinProgress". This is blocking the agents completely from performing any sort of Accounts Receivable (AR) actions on the customer bills.
