Is it possible to Search and Replace data using a wildcard character similar to Excel.
In Excel, you can use wild card characters to Search and Replace between a set of characters by putting an asterisk (*) between those characters.

For example, the current data reads as "A: X1.xxx> Level 1", "B: Y2.yyy> Level 2", and "E: Z5.zzz> Level 5"
To Search data between the colon (:) and greater than sign (>) and Replace with just a colon(:), use the following Search ":*>" and Replace with ":".
The result will be "A: Level 1", "B: Level 2" and "E: Level 5".
