Goal

On : 12.6.4 version,

Build Documaker_IDS.jar containing notifierArchiveRerun() method for ODEE 12.6.4 and 12.7.0

Functionality has been put into 12.7.2 to provide NotifierArchiverRerun method in Documaker_IDS.jar. Requesting this functionality to be patched to 12.6.4 and 12.7.0.
